In a safe and supportive space, you will be encouraged to explore expression through movement, words, and voice. There is no right or wrong way to create here. When we release the pressure of perfection and allow ourselves to play, something beautiful happens... Our authentic expression begins to flow.

Together, we will practice being channels for creation, allowing inspiration to move through us in unique ways. As one person creates, another is inspired, and something magical begins to emerge through co-creation.This event will help you remember that everything you create is an extension of something bigger than yourself and weaves us all together.
