Feeling Safe in your Body Workshop:
Regulating your Nervous System
Gabrielle will explore the ways that unsafety, fear, and anxiety feel in the body and how to mobilize and dispel these stuck energies. Thus, cultivating a sense of peace, safety and love through multiple practices for self regulation and embodiment. During this workshop participants will learn tools to incorporate into their daily life and develop their own regulation tool box to use when they are experiencing heightened emotions. After this aspect of the workshop there would be a group guided sound bath and energy work session to integrate these lessons deeper into the body and the energetic system.
